Cancellation Policy
- We request a 24-hour notice for cancellations.
- Same day cancellations will result in 50% service cost due before or at your next grooming appointment.
Late Drop Off/ Pick Up Policy
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, $15.00 will be added to your service.
- At check-in, we will inform you of when your dog will be finished. We will also call or text 20 minutes before your dog will be finished. We ask that you arrive within 30 minutes of that time. If you arrive over 30 minutes past your pick-up time, $15.00 will be added to your service. Additionally, $15.00 will be added for each hour over the pick-up time.
No-Show Policy
- A no call no show will result in 100% service cost due before or at your next grooming appointment.
- If you no call no show 3 times, pre-payment will be required before booking an appointment.
We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you whenever possible. Communicate with us.
Behavioral Issues Policy
- We always handle behavioral issues on a case-by-case basis. If a dog shows signs of aggression, we will stop the groom and recommend further grooming appointments take place at your vet for safety. We never use muzzles while grooming.
Pet Health and Vaccine Policy
- We do not groom dogs that are sedated, pregnant, and/or female dogs with their cycle present.
- All clients must provide proof of updated vaccines.
- If fleas, lice, and/or ticks are present on a dog, we will immediately halt the grooming process and require you to pick up immediately. In all cases, you will only be charged for the bath.
Since fleas and ticks are super common in Colorado year-round, we highly recommend you use a monthly flea and tick preventive such as Frontline Plus on all your pets.
